Sponsorship Packages:

Welcome Reception Bar Sponsor - $3,500 (SOLD)
Help kick off the WMA regional event with a welcome for all WMA attendees and guests. This casual evening makes networking fun and easy. Sponsor's logo will be prominently displayed. Includes two meeting registration passes.
Banquet Bar - $2,500
Attendees will enjoy a host of beverages during the closing banquet to be held at the local Acenar restaurant adjacent to the Valencia Hotel. Includes two meeting registration passes.
Presenter Sponsor - $2,000
The presenting sponsor will be provided with a 30-minute speaking slot during normal conference hours. The topic and content to be approved by WMA. Includes 1 meeting registration pass.The sponsor is responsible for transportation, lodging, and non-conference meals.
Room Key Sponsor - $1,250
Room key sponsors are a fun way to promote a brand and make a lasting impression. Sponsor's logo will be printed on all room keys for WMA attendees.
Conference Folder Sponsor - $1,000
Conference attendees love conference folders because they are useful both during and after the conference. As the conference folder sponsor, your logo will be carried away, literally, with WMA attendees.
Lanyard Sponsor - $1,000
Lanyards are an easy way to get your brand in front of every meeting attendee and guest. Attendees will be provided a lanyard with the sponsoring company's logo.
Breakfast Sponsor - $850
As a breakfast sponsor, your company will be the first brand/company represented as WMA attendees and guests enjoy a breakfast.
Break Sponsor - $600
As a meeting break sponsor, your company will be represented as WMA attendees enjoy a mid-morning or mid-afternoon break.
Bag Insert Sponsor - $150
Bag inserts are an easy way to get your message or brand across. Simply send in a fun trinket (like this Frisbee) branded with your name or even a flyer. WMA will take care of the rest.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made at least 30 days in advance to WMA will receive a full refund. We will accept name substitutions all the way until the event. The hotels have their own cancellation policies. Please look at your hotel confirmation or speak with the hotel directly about that.
Annual & Regional Event Cancellation Policy:
- Complete refund of registration fee for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to event result in a registration fee refund if budget allows once all event bills are settled. First come, first served basis.
- No refund of registration fees for No Shows
