Meeting Attendee registration fees include:
* Meeting Attendees Only | We actually lose money on guests and kids so the guest fee is the same if the guest attends both evening events or just one of the two evening events.
Bring your kids!
WMA coordinates a babysitter for the closing banquet as well as kids' arts and crafts activities (and will even pick up the tab) so you can have a little on-site help during the event.

Cancellations
Event cancellations made at least 30 days in advance to WMA will receive a full refund. We will accept name substitutions all the way until the event. The hotels have their own cancellation policies. Please look at your hotel confirmation or speak with the hotel directly about that.
WMA Policy
- Complete refund of registration fee for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to event result in a registration fee refund if budget allows once bills are settled. First come, first served basis.
- No refund of registration fees for No Shows.
