Welcome Reception Bar Sponsor - $15,000 (SOLD)
Help kick off the WMA annual event with a welcome for all WMA attendees and guests. This casual evening makes networking fun and easy. Sponsor's logo will be prominently displayed. Includes four meeting registration passes.
Presenter Sponsor - $6,000
The presenting sponsor will be provided with a 30-minute speaking slot during normal conference hours. The topic and content to be approved by WMA. Includes three meeting registration passes.
Luau Sponsor - 2 Sponsors at $5,000 (1 of 2 SOLD)
The closing banquet will be luau style where attendees will enjoy traditional Hawaiian entertainment in the Luau Gardens. Attendees will be thoroughly entertained by Hawaiian drummers and dancers including a fire and knife performance. Sponsors of this item are also invited to attend the closing banquet (2 guests).
Room Key Sponsor - $3,000 (SOLD)
Room key sponsors are a fun way to promote a brand and make a lasting impression. Sponsor's logo will be printed on all room keys for WMA attendees. Includes one meeting registration pass.
Exhibitor - $2,500 (3 of 10 SOLD)
Exhibiting sponsors will be able to display their brand and network with attendees. This is a great way to make one-on-one connections with all attendees. Exhibitors are invited to register for pre-event activities to optimize one-on-one interactions. Includes one meeting registration pass.
Conference Folder Sponsor - $2,000 (SOLD)
Conference attendees love conference folders because they are useful both during and after the conference. As the conference folder sponsor, your logo will be carried away, literally, with WMA attendees.
Lanyard Sponsor - $2,000
Lanyards are an easy way to get your brand in front of every meeting attendee and guest...and of course, in true style!
Specialty Cocktail Sponsor - $1,500
Attendees will be offered a traditional Hawaiian upon arrival to the Welcome Reception. The sponsor of this item is also invited to attend the closing banquet (2 guests).
Hawaiian Attire Sponsor - $1,500
Attendees will sport Hawaiian attire to the Welcome Reception. Attendees will vote on the best Hawaiian attire for both male and female participants. The winners will receive a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses. WMA will send an email promoting the event to the attendees with exclusive recognition of the sponsor.
Lunch (Monday) or Breakfast (Tuesday) Sponsor - $1,500
As a lunch or breakfast sponsor, your company will be the first brand/company represented as WMA attendees and guests enjoy a casual breakfast or lunch.
Sunrise Run - $1,200
For fitness enthusiasts, there is no better way to start the day than with a short run. Participants will journey on a slow-paced guided 5K along resort paths and enjoy a cup of good, Hawaiian coffee along the way. Participants will receive a t-shirt which includes the sponsors logo. The sponsor will also be recognized in emails promoting sign-ups for the run.
Ice Cream Bike - $1,200
Treat WMA attendees to ice cream...from the ice cream bike! The ice cream bike will pedal to the Welcome Reception where WMA attendees can enjoy a sweet treat compliments of the bike sponsor.
Limbo Competition - $1,000
During the closing banquet, attendees will participate in a limbo competition. The winning limbo contestant will receive a gift card to OluKai (Hawaiian inspired shoes).
Meeting Break Sponsor - 2 Sponsors at $750
As a meeting break sponsor, your company will be represented as WMA attendees enjoy a mid-morning or mid-afternoon break.
Bag Insert Sponsor - $350
Bag inserts are an easy way to get your message or brand across. Simply send in a fun trinket (like this Frisbee) branded with your name or even a flyer. WMA will take care of the rest.
